Meet Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren — a “modern” yogini, teaching traditional yoga practices with a vibrant, playful, relatable, and fast-paced spin on those teachings.

I began movement training at age 3, when my mom signed me up for ballet. After sticking my tongue out at my teacher, I was forced into early retirement. At the more mature age of 5, I returned and have continued studying movement in one form or another ever since. Over the years, I began to connect movement to mindfulness, eventually infusing mindfulness holistically in everything I do, now sharing those practices with you!

TBB Method

The Bodhi Body Method (TBB Method) adopts the holistic approach to wellness that Lauren has integrated into her daily life.

While the TBB Method is rooted in movement, it is also so much more. Not only can TBB Method Members expect monthly workouts and yoga practices, but you’ll also get guidance for nourishing and fueling your body, reducing stress, improving sleep and more.
